Milton Keynes - Hybrid (Part Home Based)

Full Time, Permanent

£50,000 - £60,000 + Excellent Benefits


Our client is looking for a Occupational Health Clinical Manager to lead and manage a regional clinical team, based near Milton Keynes. This role will be a mixture of site based, home based and will require flexibility to visit sites on a need by need basis.

Your team will be made up of Occupational Health Advisors and Occupational Health Technicians.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Management of team 
  • Supporting Business plans on a strategic level
  • Ensure clinical operational performance meets Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements 
  • Resolve complaints and service delivery issues promptly.
  • Promote the use of the eOPAS software system.
  • Ensure staff have adequate equipment and processes.
  • Ensure clinical staff are trained and competent.
  • Maintain local clinics to Safe Effective Quality Occupational Health Service (SEQOHS) standards.
  • Ensure equipment calibration and regular checks.
  • Identify and address skills gaps through training.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills to prioritise and manage a flexible workload.
  • Proficiency in IT
  • Experience delivering Occupational Health services across various business sectors.
  • Line management experience.

Qualifications: 

  • Registered General Nurse with a post-registration qualification in Occupational Health at Certificate, Diploma, or Degree level, or currently working towards this.
  • Valid driving license.
