About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Clinical Operations Manager to join our team. The role is home-based with occasional travel required to client sites. You will provide exceptional clinical leadership to our team, ensuring services are delivered to the highest clinical governance standards while driving continuous improvement across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and inspire a team of clinical staff to deliver outstanding care.
• Enhance clinical governance, ensuring compliance with our Clinical Governance Board’s framework.
• Conduct competency reviews, clinical audits, and performance appraisals, including probation and annual reviews.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, Department of Health guidelines, Health & Safety legislation, and accreditations such as SEQOHS.
• Manage data effectively to produce Management Information (MI) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports.
• Use MI insights to improve service delivery, enhance customer relationships, and promote health surveillance.
• Oversee clinical aspects of the contract renewal process to ensure seamless transitions and sustained client satisfaction.
